What's New
May 17, 2009 - Wow, it's been a long time since I've updated this site (seems like I just said that - but that was more than two years and one heart attack ago)! I've finally reloaded the web site on my new computer and I'm working to update the whole site. I've traded out my equipment, so that all has to change, and I need to add some images that I've processed. I've also decided to add some information about meteorites, and maybe an image or two of my small collection. My guess is that this update process will take several weeks. My workload at has jumped significantly over the past several months.....and paying the bills trumps the hobbies. Thanks for looking in!
April 25, 2007 - Wow, it's been a long time since I've updated this site. This time around I updated the equipment page to show the Takahashi FRC-300 and the Paramount ME Mount. I haven't posted a new image in more than two years, so I've got to get that done as well.
October 2, 2005 - Okay, I finally got tried of looking at an outdated website - and having my loving wife complain about it weekly. I've added a page for my observatory, rewritten the Equipment page to show the addition of the Takahashi BRC-250 and FSQ-106. I've also started to add some of the images this combination has produced - a process that will take a couple of weeks to finish.
March 14, 2004 - I finally added some content to my Webcam page. This page is accessible from the Equipment page
February 23, 2004 - Began what will be a fairly extensive update of the site. Added two new pages, one on the SRP and the second on the Monolith Pier. These are accessible from the Equipment page
November 13, 2003 - Updated link bars and site navigation, plus a very minor refresh of content - new images are still waiting for me to process them (need to try out the new Photoshop release) when I get some time.
October 1, 2003 - Updated the photos and refreshed the text on the Equipment and Network Interface pages to show the wireless router and ST-237. I also added the discussion about Binoviewers. To see the Binoviewers write-up, you have to navigate from a link on the equipment page, or go to it directly from here.
September 23, 2003 - Updated Web to include this listing of changes, and the following updates:
Added a page that will discuss my Webcam experiences
Added a page that will discuss the trade into a new Binoviewer and provide my review of the AP/Baader Bino
Added a page for Solar System Images
Added new images (M57, NGC 4565, M81, M64, and some Mars shots)
General updates to the Equipment page to reflect changes (Traded STV for ST-237 and went wireless with the Network Interface)
